REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Writersplaza subscriptions and purchases.

1. Subscription Plans (Monthly / Annual)

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation prevents future charges
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

We do not provide refunds for unused time or partial billing periods, except where required by law.

2. Lifetime Access

Lifetime access is a one-time payment granting ongoing access to the Platform’s core features.

  • Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after access is granted
  • This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law

Lifetime access applies to the current version and core features available at the time of purchase.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical errors preventing access
  • Legal obligations under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
